Hello from the E3 Sisters! We chose the name E3 because each of our first names starts with the letter E, and we all share the last name Chao. Our initiative, "E3 Connect," reflects our mission to foster connection rather than chaos.
The idea for E3 Connect was born during our first team project, the book Project ABCs for Aspiring Changemakers. This book breaks down complex project management principles into easily understandable concepts and shares our journey as three sisters dedicated to transforming our communities for the better. E3 Connect serves as a platform for us to continue our collaborative efforts to make a positive impact.
By fostering connection, we also celebrate our shared Chinese heritage. The character for our last name, Chao (巢), means "nest." This symbolizes our vision for E3 Connect as a welcoming space for everyone. We hope it becomes your nest too.
